I’m Emily, a Nutritional Therapy Consultant dedicated to helping women balance their hormones, boost their energy, and find food freedom once and for all.

I’ve been on the opposite side of optimal health: suffering from a myriad of symptoms, lacking the energy to do much more than survive, and stuck in a tumultuous relationship with food.

And I know how much it can suck.
