Hi There!

I’m Emily, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner dedicated to helping women balance their hormones, boost their energy, and find food freedom once and for all.



First, a bit of background.

I’ve been on the opposite side of optimal health—suffering from a myriad of symptoms, lacking the energy to do much more than survive, and stuck in a tumultuous relationship with food. And I know how much it sucks.

If you’re anything like Old Me, it’s time to take matters into your own hands, beginning with a commitment to yourself to prioritize your needs. But you don’t have to figure it all out alone! Together, we can come up with a personalized plan to get you feeling like YOU again—without deprivation or added stress.



We’d make a great team, if you:
